To ensure easy assembly, the seat and back are pre-assembled and detailed instructions are included. For added strength glue, bolts, screws and dowels are used.   Finished furniture is easy to maintain and can be washed with mild soap and water.  If ordered unfinished, a light sanding, if needed, will prepare the surface for painting.  Prairie Leisure products are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year following the date of purchase. 
It is recommended that you store the rocker inside during winter.
